We manufacture food-grade Vegetable Oil Treated (VOT) cocoa and coffee sacks, standard B-Twill agricultural bags, heavy A-Twill sacks, open-weave Hessian burlap cloth, and industrial jute yarn/twine. All items are produced in-house from high-grade natural tossa and white jute fiber.
Submit your required dimensions, fabric weight, porter/shot counts, or yarn counts to receive a formal commercial quotation.
Yes. We produce institutional-grade 60 kg coffee sacks, as well as 65 kg and 69 kg cocoa bags treated with 100% refined vegetable oil. Our packaging has been verified in global export corridors including Côte d'Ivoire (Le Conseil du Café-Cacao) and Colombia (Colcocoa).
B-Twill sacking bags (typically 44"×26.5", 2.25 lbs / 1020g) are the global standard for bagging 50 kg to 100 kg dry agricultural commodities including raw grains, rice, wheat, sugar, pulses, and coffee beans. Standard branding includes 3 blue security stripes or customized buyer stenciling.
Yes. We weave Hessian burlap cloth ranging in width from 22" to 72" with weights between 5 oz and 14 oz (150 to 450 GSM). Our spinning frames produce industrial yarn from 8 lbs to 28 lbs count in CRM, CRT, CRX, and CB grades, available on precision-wound paper cones or wooden spools.
Our integrated 6+ acre manufacturing plant is located at Batason, Muraripur, Bochaganj (Post: Setabganj), Dinajpur, Bangladesh. We maintain captive power generation and 24/7 industrial production lines.
Our monthly production and export capacity exceeds 1,000+ Metric Tons, operated across 352+ heavy industrial machines (softeners, cards, drawing frames, flyer spinning, weaving looms, and hydraulic baling presses) with a trained workforce of 1,100+ personnel.
Specifications & Quality
Accredited lab testing, tolerances, and statutory registrations.
Yes. We manufacture customized sacking bags, Hessian widths, and yarn configurations based on your technical tender sheets. We provide food-safe water-based stenciling for logos, batch identification numbers, net weight markings, and color-coded security stripes.
Yes. Our vegetable oil treated (VOT) packaging is independently tested by the Indian Jute Industries' Research Association (IJIRA), Kolkata under official Lab Test Report Ref: TSR-195/2026-27. Tested via SPE-GC-FID methodology under German BfR Method 2009, hydrocarbon migration levels remain strictly below the limit of detection (< LOD).
In analytical chromatography, < LOD indicates that mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH) and aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH) are absent down to the instrument's lowest measurable threshold. This ensures zero chemical leaching into sensitive export commodities like green coffee beans, raw cocoa, and edible nuts.
Yes. We provide complete facility access for pre-shipment inspections (PSI) and container loading supervision by globally recognized inspection bodies including SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas. Inspection clauses can be incorporated directly into your Letter of Credit (L/C).
Yes. Our facility operates under Bangladesh Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) License No: 27-21-1-056-00001 (valid through August 2027). We are an active member of the Bangladesh Jute Mills Association (BJMA) and registered with the Export Promotion Bureau under EPB Exporter ID: 1968.

To receive an accurate CIF or FOB quotation, please state:
- Target product, dimensions, and fabric weight (GSM/oz)
- Order quantity (in Metric Tons or number of bags)
- Destination seaport (UN/LOCODE) and preferred Incoterm
- Required packaging (hydraulic bales or wooden pallets)
- Target delivery timeline and Letter of Credit terms
Our standard export MOQ is one 20-foot Full Container Load (1×20' FCL), containing approximately 21 Metric Tons (or roughly 18,000–22,000 standard sacking bags depending on weight). Trial commercial shipments can be discussed for qualified institutional buyers.
Pricing is governed by prevailing raw jute market rates, fiber grade (Tossa BTB/BTC or White), batching specification (VOT food-grade vs. industrial JBO), total order volume, and international marine freight rates from Chattogram Port.
Standard lead times range from 15 to 30 days following receipt of an operative Letter of Credit or confirmed payment instrument, depending on batching requirements and the active production schedule.
Yes. We provide sample sacking bags, fabric swatches, or yarn spools for destination testing and buyer evaluation. Physical samples are dispatched via DHL or FedEx against your corporate courier account number.
Shipping, Payment & Export
Trade terms, container stuffing, ports, and payment safety.
We execute export contracts under FOB Chattogram (BDCGP), CFR (Cost & Freight), and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) to any designated destination seaport worldwide.
Our primary maritime gateway is Chattogram Port (BDCGP). For overland trade to India, Nepal, and Bhutan, we route cargo through Benapole, Sona Masjid, Bhomra, and Banglabandha land customs stations.
Goods are packed in 200–500 bag hydraulic export bales bound with high-tensile steel straps:
• 20-Foot Dry Container (20' FCL): Approximately 21.0 to 22.0 Metric Tons.
• 40-Foot High-Cube Container (40' HC): Approximately 26.0 to 27.0 Metric Tons (optimal for yarn spools and Hessian rolls).
Our standard commercial payment terms are 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight issued by a prime international bank, Advance Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), or Cash Against Documents (CAD).
Every batch is tested to confirm moisture regain stays within standard 14%–16% tolerances. Sacks and fabric are baled under 200-ton hydraulic compression, and ocean containers can be fitted with container-grade desiccant bags and kraft paper lining upon request.
